Overview:

RFID Prelam provided by FAITH can be used in mass production of contactless cards and RFID labels.Various sheet dimensions and thicknesses are available. The antenna size and position is on request.  We supply prelam which won't be affected by further card manufacturing to re-laminate and printing processes, follow the request of customized layout, design antenna of card in any frequency and arrange all antennas position over the sheet of prelam. This pre-laminated or prelam structure is ideal for making pre-printed cards with many security features using standard card production processes .FAITH prelam could incorporate pre-winding coil or ultrasonic embedding copper antenna, even FLIP chip etching antenna upon the customer's requirements. Prelam should be used in any RFID cards application where durability is a concern.
